Bud (Weiser)

Bud arrived in the summer of 2022 as a scraggly 2 yr old stud colt with his mother and baby sister. He is a favorite amongst the Volunteers and he follows people around looking for attention and curious about what you are doing. He has one of the sweetest demeanours you are ever likely to encounter.

He stands happily for grooming, the farrier and vet, and is happy to be haltered, has great ground manners, WTC online and at Liberty, loads like a champ and loves to go out for walks around the property. It appears Bud is going to be big like his mama, and could end up close to 16hh . The tips of his ears are missing, presumably from frostbite. Bud has so much love to give, anyone would be lucky to have him as their besty. He is beyond cute!

Bud’s training continues as we slowly introduce him to longlining in preparation for a saddle!
